The Land of Lincoln UTV Association is an all-volunteer, member-driven organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the UTV community in Illinois. Our mission is to expand access by opening secondary roads and towns to UTV usage—specifically County and Township roads, while excluding State and Federal highways.

We are proud to represent members in 58 Illinois counties as well as riders from three neighboring states. Together, we are building a stronger voice for the UTV community, while supporting small towns and local businesses that benefit from increased tourism, events, and recreational opportunities.

As an all-volunteer nonprofit, every dollar from memberships and donations goes directly toward advancing our mission. This includes:

• Legislative outreach to members of the Illinois House of Representatives and Senate to advocate for expanded UTV access.

• Community support, including fundraisers, rides, and events that bring people together while raising awareness.

• Education and safety promotion, ensuring responsible riding and strengthening the reputation of UTV users across the state.
